3. Why powder size and oxygen content have to be controlled
The smaller the NdFeB magnetic powder size is, the higher the corresponding coercive force and corrosion resistance will be, but the subsequent process is difficult to control. The narrower the powder size distribution is, the higher the property will be.
The oxygen content is mainly focus on rich neodymium phase. The oxygen in NdFeB has a destructive effect on the coercive force.
